Thank you for shopping with Frank Castellanos Appliances. We are committed to making sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a free return and exchange policy within 30 days of delivery.
 
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
 
To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– The product must be in the same condition as received.
– The product must not show excessive wear, misuse, or damage.
– All included parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging should be returned when possible.
 
If the product is damaged upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.
 
2. Free Returns & Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all customers.

 
Once your return is approved:
– We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
– No return shipping costs or restocking fees will be charged.
– Simply package the product securely and drop it at the carrier location.
 
3. How to Start a Return

– Order number
– Reason for return
– Photos (only if item arrived damaged or defective)
 
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.
 
4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

– Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
– Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
 
If the product is not returned in acceptable condition, we may offer a partial refund.
 
5. Exchanges

If you want a different model or replacement:

Exchanges are free within 30 days. Contact us at info@frankcastellanosappliances.com and we will assist with the exchange process.
 
6. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

– Products used improperly or damaged due to mishandling.
– Items returned after the 30-day window.
 
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, it must be processed as a return.
