At Frank Castellanos Appliances, we provide secure and transparent payment options for all customers. This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted and processed when placing an order with us.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

Zelle

Secure bank-to-bank transfers.

Payment details are provided at checkout or during order confirmation.

Apple Pay

Encrypted mobile payments available on compatible Apple devices.

Chime Pay

Instant transfers from verified Chime accounts.

Credit/Debit card 

We accept major credit and debit cards.

your card information is not stored on our website at any time.

Half Payment + Balance on Delivery Option

Customers may choose to pay:

  • 50% upfront to reserve the appliance
  • Remaining 50% at the time of delivery

This option is available for selected orders and local deliveries.

2. Secure Payment Processing

All payments made through Zelle, Apple Pay, Chime, Credit/Debit cards or the half-payment option are processed through their official secure platforms.

We do not store or have access to your banking information or sensitive financial details.

Transactions are protected through encrypted servers and manual order verification when required.

3. When Payment Is Charged

Full Payment

Full payment must be completed before the order begins processing.

Half Payment Option

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order.

The remaining 50% must be paid at delivery before the appliance is released.

Orders without completed deposits or balances cannot be shipped or delivered.

4. Payment Methods Not Accepted

We currently do not accept:

  • Checks or money orders
  • Cash on delivery (unless completing the remaining balance of the half-payment option)

5. Payment Verification

For customer safety and fraud prevention, we may verify:

  • Payment sender information
  • Delivery address
  • Contact details
  • Order accuracy

Orders may be placed on hold until verification is completed.

6. Failed or Incomplete Payments

If a payment fails or is not received:

  • The order will not be processed
  • You may be contacted to complete payment
  • Orders may be cancelled after a certain time period

For half-payment orders, the remaining balance must be paid at delivery before the item is released.
