2. Understanding Pricing
All prices are listed in USD.
The price shown includes the cost of the appliance and any available promotions.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Special delivery requirements (stairs, inside placement, etc.)
- Optional warranty protection when available
No hidden fees are added at checkout.
3. Payment Options
We currently accept the following secure U.S. payment methods:

50% Deposit + Balance on Delivery
You may reserve your appliance with:
- 50% upfront
- The remaining 50% paid on delivery
Full payment or half deposit must be received before the item is released to the customer.
4. Order Processing
Once payment is confirmed:
- Your order begins processing within 1–2 business days
- Products are inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment
- You receive a confirmation message with details
Processing occurs Monday through Saturday.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from our warehouse in Moline, Illinois.
Delivery Time
- Transit Time: 1–2 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on distance and carrier conditions.
Delivery Types
Depending on your location and carrier availability:
- Curbside delivery
- Inside/garage delivery

The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
