1. What types of appliances do you sell?

We offer a variety of home appliances, including:

  • Appliance sets

Most items are new, open-box, or like-new and fully inspected before shipping.

2. What is an “open-box” appliance?

Open-box appliances are units that:

  • Were displayed in stores
  • Were customer returns (unused or lightly used)
  • Have minor cosmetic marks but fully function like new
  • Are tested and verified by our team

They offer great performance at a reduced price.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is 100% free on all appliances delivered within the United States.

4. How long does shipping take?

Our delivery timeframe is:

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 1–2 business days

Total delivery time = 2–4 business days.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Moline, Illinois.

5. Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver appliances anywhere in the United States.

6. Do you offer inside or curbside delivery?

Yes. Depending on your location and carrier availability:

  • Curbside delivery
  • Inside/garage delivery
  • Scheduled appointments for large appliances

Our delivery partner may contact you for confirmation.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Zelle
  • Apple Pay
  • Chime Pay
  • 50% deposit + 50% due at delivery

We do not accept cryptocurrency, or checks.

8. How does the 50% deposit option work?

You can reserve an appliance with a 50% upfront payment.

The remaining 50% must be paid at delivery before the item is released.

9. Can I track my order?

Yes.

You will receive:

  • A processing confirmation
  • A shipping confirmation
  • Tracking details (if provided by the carrier)

For local deliveries, our team may communicate directly to set a delivery window.

10. What should I do when my appliance arrives?

Before accepting delivery:

  1. Inspect the appliance and packaging
  2. Confirm it is the correct model
  3. Check for any visible damage

If there is an issue, notify the driver immediately and contact us within 24 hours.

11. Do you install appliances?

Installation is not guaranteed and varies by location.

You may need a licensed:

  • Electrician
  • Plumber
  • Gas technician

We recommend confirming installation requirements before delivery.

12. Do your appliances come with a warranty?

Warranty depends on:

  • The condition of the appliance
  • Manufacturer coverage
  • Store warranty (when offered)

Open-box or used appliances may have limited or no manufacturer warranty.

13. What is your return policy?

14. What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
