This central shipping location allows us to deliver appliances quickly across the United States.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) are processed the next business day.
  • Standard processing/handling time is 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.

A confirmation email is sent once your order begins processing.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

We provide fast delivery throughout the United States.

  • Transit Time: 1–2 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days (Processing + Transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on the distance from our warehouse and carrier conditions (weather, traffic, etc.).

4. Delivery Areas

We ship and deliver appliances throughout the United States from our 30 Key Dr NE, Marietta, GA 30060 warehouse.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If an appliance arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours
  • Provide photos/video of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or solution according to our Return & Refund Policy

10. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Missing apartment/unit number
  • Customer unavailability
